PCT (Patient Care Technician) Devcare Solutions Nashville, TN 37214 12HRS shift/ Three day per week Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Provide support in medical-surgical settings by preparing patients for examinations and procedures. Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks and ensure a clean and safe environment. Communicate effectively with patients to understand their needs and provide emotional support. Help transport patients within the facility as needed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
