Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Position Status:

Non-Exempt Responsibilities:

Provide care and supervision to patients participating in the IOP and PHP programs. Support patients in day-to-day activities, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. Assist in implementing treatment plans and documenting patient progress. Facilitate group sessions and recreational activities as directed. Monitor patient behavior, providing immediate intervention as needed. Conduct and record drug testing, ensuring accurate and confidential handling of results. Drive patients to and from appointments or program activities as necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with transportation policies. Maintain vehicles in good working condition, coordinating regular maintenance and safety checks. Keep accurate records of vehicle use, maintenance, and fuel expenditures, submitting receipts to management. Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or relevant experience preferred. Experience in mental health or substance abuse settings is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems (EMRs) is desirable. Must possess and maintain a clean driving record; a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check will be conducted. Flexibility to work varying shifts and adapt to changing patient needs.
