Director of Case Management Opportunity:
Full-time, direct-hire opportunity Monday – Friday, Days Open to a registered nurse or social worker (must be licensed)
Director of Case Management Requirements:
BSN or BSW The Case Management Director must be either an Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Social Worker 2+ years of management experience 3+ of hospital-based Case Management experience, including Utilization Review and Discharge Planning experience Current CCM® or ACMTM certification is preferred #
