Responsibilities:
Manages the operations of the Patient Scheduling function in order to provide services which meet IHS’ standards of quality, efficiency and desired outcomes. Monitors the daily activities of the assigned area to provide the timely and orderly scheduling and/or placement of all patients according to established IHS Policies and Procedures. Meets regularly with Director to report findings and develop plans for improvement. Maintains responsibility for reward and recognition programs, patient scheduling related reporting, training and coaching, and internal marketing of patient scheduling goals.
