We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our Birmingham-based service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with mental health needs. About the
Role:
As Deputy Manager, you will assist the Registered Manager in providing clinical leadership and operational oversight. You will act as a role model for best clinical practice, guiding and supporting a diverse team to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their families.
You will be instrumental in:
Supporting and supervising clinical staff Promoting a culture of continuous improvement Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards Leading by example in upholding the organisation’s mission, vision, and values in everyday practice
What We’re Looking For:
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin (essential) Proven experience in a mental health care setting, ideally in a senior or supervisory role Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills A proactive, compassionate approach to patient care A deep understanding of clinical governance, safeguarding, and CQC standards Commitment to upholding the ethos and values of the organisation
