What You’ll Own:
Managing all front desk and admin responsibilities (except insurance billing) Creating smooth, efficient office flow with confidence and clarity Scheduling patients, managing phone calls and maintaining communication Leading patients toward the right services and care plans with trust and excitement Driving sales of wellness memberships, recovery protocols and products/supplements Supporting occasional workshops, community events and health screenings Assisting with marketing creation and production with the doctor Attending 1-2 team meetings monthly to help steer business growth

Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application Question(s): Our clinic hours are Monday-Thursday. Most Fridays are used behind the scenes for marketing strategy, content creation, and business development. Would you be available on Fridays to assist the doctor with brainstorming/content creation, executing marketing plans, or occasionally with tasks like outreach, community follow-up, or event prep while the doctor works on high-level marketing? Are you comfortable running health screenings and other events solo, after your learn the business and what we are about? Have you ever used social media or helped promote a business, event, or service before? If yes, briefly explain.
