What you’ll be doing (duties of this position): Partner closely with a senior Practice Group Leader to streamline group operations
Coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and strategic planning events
Monitor and manage business development and practice group budgets
Execute administrative functions that align with firm-wide initiatives
Analyze practice group financials including profitability and client growth
Contribute to the development and execution of practice group business plans
Support process improvement efforts to boost operational efficiency What you’ll need to be considered (requirements): 1-3 years of experience supporting leadership in a professional services or legal environment
Proven ability to analyze data and contribute to financial and strategic discussions
Comfortable navigating firm operations, internal processes, and client expectations
