- We are seeking an experienced and agile Director of Sales to join our company. As the Director of Sales, you will be accountable for guiding our National Account Management (NAM) sales team and driving revenue growth by setting and achieving long-term sales goals while fostering a culture of empathy, motivation, and collaboration.

Leadership and Strategy:
- Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the national sales team, setting clear expectations and fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with overall business priorities. +

Inspire and Motivate National Account Managers:
- Inspire and motivate the national account managers to achieve their sales targets and deliver exceptional results. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and growth. +

Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain dynamic relationships with key clients, leadership and strategic partners. Act as a point of escalation for client issues, working closely with the national account managers to resolve conflicts and maintain positive relationships. +

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed choices and enhance sales strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. +

Empathy and Customer-Centric Approach:
- Instill a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of recognizing customer needs and providing exceptional service. Demonstrate empathy, promoting a deep understanding of customers’ pain points and obstacles to drive customer loyalty and retention.
