Executive Director – Texas Home Health Position Available In Madison, Alabama

Job Description:

As an Executive Director (ED) you will: ?Organize and direct agency functions. ?Provide public relations with the community-at-large, as well asorganizations and individuals involved in the health field. ?Function as the Privacy Officer Designee (POD) and as a complianceliaison to support and provide leadership within the assigned areaof responsibility with accountability for implementing andmonitoring the Compliance Program and the relevant requirementsincluding the Code of Conduct, Documentation Compliance andHIPAA. ?Commit to the values and mission of Texas Home Health. Requirements of Qualified Candidates ?Health care professional with at least two (2) years of healthrelated experience and the education, knowledge and ability toeffectively direct the program ?Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college or university innursing or health care related field ?Minimum two (2) years experience in the business and fiscalfunctions in a health care setting ?Knowledge of accepted professional standards and practice,Medicare Conditions of Participation, and federal, state, and localregulatory requirements ?Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured andin accordance with state and/or organization requirements and ingood working order.
