Business casual Position Overview As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient and seamless patient care. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to behavioral health services. This position involves collaborating with skilled professionals in a supportive and goal-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct insurance verifications and assist patients during check-in and check-out processes. Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients. Facilitate onboarding for new patients, ensuring a smooth transition to care. Monitor and manage the administration inbox. Update and schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
Required Skills and Experience:
Background in healthcare, preferably behavioral health. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
