Our dental office is looking for a patient care coordinator/scheduler to be the welcoming face of our practice! If you’re organized, professional, and love working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment, we want to meet you. Responsibilities Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Review and maintain accurate documentation of patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards. Answer phones, schedule, and confirm appointments Work closely with the admin and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean and organized office environment conducive to patient comfort and confidentiality. Experience Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental) a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with patients and other team members A commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations at all times. A team-first mindset and a “can-do” attitude every day Professionalism, reliability, and willingness to learn Bilingual a plus!
