Summary Ideal applicants will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in hospital-based Cardiopulmonary/Respiratory leadership role. Will substitute leadership experience for applicants possessing a robust background in Respiratory Care in hospital-based, acute care, critical care settings Responsibilities Lead and manage daily operations within assigned facilities to ensure efficient service delivery. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Monitor patient care standards and implement improvements as needed. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and maintain high-quality care protocols. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies. Participate in strategic planning initiatives to enhance service offerings and operational efficiency.
Requirements Education and Training:
Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory (BSRC) (BSRT) required. Current RRT registry required. BLS and ACLS certification required.
Experience:
Minimum of three to five years of experience in cardiopulmonary activities required. Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
