Job Description Summary To effectively and efficiently manage and direct the clinical personnel function working closely with the Director and the medical provider to ensure that the clinic is adhering to the standardized policies of patient care. Responsible for the daily operation of the facility, performs general office and clerical duties, and coordinates all communication in the facility in the absence of the Director. Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required At least one year of prior medical office experience

LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation.

SKILLS:

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with office staff, clinic staff and hospital staff. Personnel management skills.
