IICAPS Manager (Clinical Supervisor)
EMPLOYMENT TYPE
Full-time, 40 hours/wk
SCHEDULED HOURS
Monday-Friday; 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Supervisory on call coverage till 8pm.

THE PROGRAM
Intensive In-Home Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service (IICAPS) Provides comprehensive community-based clinical, case management, and case coordination services for children and adolescents aged 3 to 18, who have a history of or at risk of hospitalization. The goals of IICAPS include stabilizing and maintaining children in their homes and communities, developing strength-based comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and improving the child’s relationships within his or her school, family, and community.
ABOUT THE POSITION
IICAPS Manager (Clinical Supervisor) Duties & Responsibilities Provides case consultation, direction and leadership within the team. Ensures clients receive services that are focused on presenting problems and clients’ request for treatment. Directs crisis intervention efforts and intervenes as required. Monitors client meetings, admission, continued stay and discharge criteria. Reviews caseloads regularly to ensure appropriate utilization of services. Oversees hiring, training, and performance management of staff within the program. Facilitates team meetings. Participates in internal and external meetings as needed by program and agency, including delivering marketing, training and case consultation services. Ensures client, program and agency documentation and reports are completed in a timely manner and according to program, agency, funder and accreditation/licensing standards. Oversees the completion of chart audits and ensures that all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date. Acts as primary point person for program and provides back up or on call coverage as needed by program and agency. Ensures proper maintenance of vehicles/if applicable. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides clinical direction and leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and effective working environment in collaboration with their supervisor. Ensures the completion of insurance authorizations for services rendered, as required. Actively participates in committees focused on service delivery and quality improvement within the agency. Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Master’s or higher in mental health related field required.
Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a clinician. Clinical supervisory experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist required.
Training:

COMPENSATION
•: $61,263/annually min., and up commensurate upon experience. Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives.
