Pharmacy Operations Manager ???? Middletown, CT | Full-Time | Inpatient Hospital Lead with Purpose. Drive Excellence. Make an Impact. We’re seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Operations Manager to take charge of daily operations in our inpatient pharmacy. Partnering with the Director of Pharmacy, you’ll lead a skilled team, streamline workflows, and elevate patient care.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee pharmacy techs and daily operations Manage sterile compounding, hazardous drugs, inventory, and revenue cycle Drive compliance and process improvements Collaborate with leadership to align strategy with patient needs Foster strong communication across teams
What You Bring:
✅ CT-licensed pharmacist (B.S. or Pharm.
D.) ✅ 5+ years in clinical or staff pharmacy ✅ Leadership or supervisory experience (preferred) ✅ EPIC proficiency & operational know-how ✅ Strong problem-solving and service mindset
