This position is responsible for managing medical documentation, coordinating certification processes, and ensuring compliance with DDS (Department of Developmental Services) standards. The ideal candidate will have experience with healthcare documentation, training coordination, and regulatory compliance. Duties Manage and submit required documentation for staff medical certifications using DDS systems. Conduct and proctor Medication Administration recertification classes. Audit medical training records and verify attendance and participation. Upload medical forms and training documentation into Therap and related platforms. Serve as a certified trainer for First Aid/CPR, Dysphagia, and Vehicle Safety. Submit General Event Reports (GERs) to DDS on a regular basis. Coordinate and track Initial Registration Forms (IRFs) and recertification activity. Assist with administrative support and delegated tasks from management. Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare or human services preferred. Proficient in online record systems such as Therap and eLicense. Strong understanding of medical documentation and DDS compliance standards. Certified or willing to become certified in First Aid/CPR and Dysphagia. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Valid CT driver’s license and reliable transportation required. DDS Med Certification Strongly Preferred. This role is essential to ensuring PrimeCare’s staff are equipped and compliant to deliver high-quality care.
