Position Purpose As an Office Coordinator in Saint Mary’s Occupational Health office, you will provide clinical and clerical support to the unit. St. Mary’s. Our vision is to provide state-of-the-art healthcare to those within our local communities, creating a positive impact for each individual that walks through our doors. This person is responsible for supporting the department by performing administrative tasks to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department including scheduling, greeting clients, answering phones, registration, conducting intakes, preparing forms and charts and providing exceptional customer service to all patients and clients. What you will do In this critical role you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, play an active part in unit shared decision making, and enjoy practice autonomy using nurse driven protocols.

Minimum Qualifications Education :

High School Graduate. Associates degree preferred. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in healthcare. Ability to pass drug screenings and background checks.

Preferred Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in keyboarding, transcription, record-keeping, and insurance processing. Thorough understanding of medical terminology

Experience :

One years’ experience in office/hospital setting involving phlebotomy and direct patient care.

Work Schedule :

40 Hours, Day Shift. No weekends or holidays.
