Duties include:
Timely follow up of patient A/R and collection activity Patient and Insurance Collections Resolving Outstanding and Denied Claim Resolution with Patient Billing Calls Verification of Benefits, Insurance Eligibility Pattern identification with goal of avoiding denials Must be organized and professional with patients Meet with patients to go over insurance benefits and payments Set up Payment Plans Must be able to handle high pressure and work well with Practice Manager.
