Looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who measures up to our high standards. Our ideal candidate is a well-rounded person with outstanding communication skills and experience in sales. Someone who is comfortable working in an environment that is constantly changing, with the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks. This a vital role to our whole operation, must have the ability to connect with patients on an intensely personal level to instill trust and confidence.

Responsibilities:

Working with all providers to ensure their schedules are appropriately opened/closed Entering all inventory (Retail and Injectables) into software when received Maintaining a strong knowledge of our ever-growing offering of products & treatments Excellent communication skills. Extensive knowledge of 5th & Wellness facility, core values, & our providers’ expertise. Thoroughly understand all of our services Educate patients about our services during phone inquiries as well as during office consultations. Discuss treatment costs with patients and facilitate a commitment to proceed. Follow up with patients after consultation. Support patient needs and expand relationships with existing clientele. Schedule appointments efficiently, working with physicians and patients. Provide patients with pre and post instructions. Ensure all required consents, bloodwork, and medical clearance are collected and in patient chart prior to services. Ensuring that demographics in charts are updated Responsible for special projects as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Proven top-notch customer service and hospitality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask. Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision. Excellent communication skills and be able to work with a diverse team. A positive, can-do attitude. The ideal person for this role is detail oriented, friendly, willing to learn, and passionate with a high level of integrity. Someone who can anticipate the needs of the provider, has outstanding customer service skills, and demonstrate sales experience.
