Lead Adult Medicine Hospitalist Opening on the Space Coast of Florida!

Position Highlights
Schedule:
7-on/7-off daytime shifts (7 AM 7 PM)
No procedures or ventilator management required
Leadership Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the hospitalist team and administration
Model strong self-leadership, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and empathy
Foster effective communication across interdisciplinary teams
Drive engagement in hospitalist goals and performance metrics
Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible (if Board Eligible, must be within 2 years of completing residency)

$297,707 annually guaranteed + guaranteed leadership stipend
