Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage patient schedules, appointments, and follow-ups with precision and efficiency. Utilize LifeFile and CRM systems to manage patient records and communications. Ensure all data entry and documentation are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient experiences. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Support administrative operations with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word . Follow directions closely while demonstrating the initiative to meet individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

Must be a fast learner capable of adapting quickly to new systems and processes. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. Prior experience with LifeFile is required . Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is essential. Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands. Must be goal-oriented and able to take direction effectively.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting. Bilingual is a plus (but not required).
