Administrator :
Maintain written policies and procedures that govern the operation of the facility. Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Maintain written job descriptions and performance evaluations for each staff position. Assure that all employees, resident, visitors, and the public follows established policies and procedures. Interpret the facilities policies and procedures to employees, residents, family members, visitors, and governmental agencies, etc.. as necessary in accordance to board approved practice. Assist department directors in development and use of department policies and procedures and establish rapport in and between departments so that each can see the importance of teamwork. Review the facility’s policies and procedures periodically, at least annually, and make changes as necessary to assure continued compliance with current regulations. #6952
