Office Manager for our Outpatient PT & OT Clinic in Davie, FL. We’re looking for a candidate available to work 15-30 hours/ week, 1 pm – 6 pm, with some morning availability, with hours depending on the day and schedule. The Asst. Office Manager for CardioFlex Therapy is responsible for verifying insurances, processing the billing, analyzing documentation, assisting in payroll, scheduling patients, managing our Home Therapists, interviewing job applicants, managing staff, buying office supplies, drafting letters and e-mails, and all basic clerical activities. We are looking for a candidate with excellent attention to detail, customer service, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
