Full-Time BeeperMD is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Case Manager to support our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program. This role requires strong communication skills, medical knowledge, and the ability to handle a high volume of patient interactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor up to 300 patients daily and ensure timely follow-ups. Conduct 35+ calls per day to provide patient support and guidance. Communicate with patients via phone, email, and messaging platforms. Perform detailed charting and documentation in patient records. Utilize digital platforms for patient monitoring; must be tech-savvy . Research and resolve patient-related issues as they arise. Follow instructions accurately and proactively seek solutions.
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certification (Preferred). Associate’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field (Preferred). Experience in case management, clinical nursing, or social work . Basic medical knowledge of vital signs and patient monitoring. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage multiple responsibilities .
