Job Summary:
We are seeking a personable and professional Bilingual Patient Relations Coordinator to help create an exceptional patient experience at our office. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, supporting patient retention, leading office tours, and facilitating clear communication between patients and staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, compassionate, and skilled at building strong, trusting relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a welcoming ambassador for the office, ensuring patients feel comfortable and valued. Provide guided tours for new and existing patients, explaining available services. Assist patients with completing new patient forms electronically (tablet use). Respond to patient questions and concerns with professionalism and care. Strengthen patient loyalty through relationship-building and personalized service. Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support a seamless patient experience. Participate in patient engagement efforts, including follow-ups and gathering feedback.
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience in customer service, patient relations, or a related field preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
