Are you a BCBA or BCBA-D with experience in clinical leadership, looking to take the next step in your career? Angelic Steps is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Clinical Director to lead our clinical team and support the continued growth of our ABA agency. In this leadership role, you will report directly to the agency’s founders and oversee the clinical integrity and quality of services provided across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to BCBAs to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical ABA services. Supervise the BCBA development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans, treatment protocols, and all client documentation. Support professional development of BCBAs through regular feedback, coaching, and modeling of best clinical practices. Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients as needed. Guide analysts through complex assessments (e.g., FBA, FA, preference assessments). Facilitate weekly clinical meetings to review client progress and support program development. Conduct on-site compliance visits to ensure treatment fidelity and team support. Make regular check-in calls to families to ensure satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate in designing and maintaining a robust clinic-based curriculum. Supervise BCBA candidates completing unrestricted supervision hours.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field Active BCBA certification in good standing (BCBA-D preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role Must pass background checks and drug screenings and maintain a clean driving record
Schedule & Location:
Full-time position based in South Florida Hybrid role with flexibility for remote participation in designated meetings
Compensation:
