Craft Memorable Events:
Manage in-person, virtual, and hybrid events with creativity and flair.
Collaborate and Innovate:
Work with our in-house team and external vendors to bring exciting visions to life.
Lead with
Confidence:
Oversee events from start to finish, including budgeting, analytics, and post-event reporting.
Engage and Delight:
Coordinate everything from setup to cleanup, ensuring every detail is perfect.
Hospitality Management:
Oversee day-to-day requests, firm-wide food and beverage service, and kitchen supplies in all offices.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Production Magic:
Handle budgeting, site visits, vendor RFPs, and production schedules.
Seamless Execution:
Coordinate tasks within financial and time constraints for flawless events.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records for all events, hospitality functions, and event travel.
Team Collaboration:
Work with marketing and other teams for guest lists, name tags, and more.
On-Site Coordination:
Manage setup, signage, registration, F&B, tech requirements, and trade show support.
Virtual Event Expertise:
Execute creative and technically sound virtual events.
Department Coordination:
Ensure procedures are followed for in-office events and timely notifications are provided.
