Job Description

Medical Spa Front Desk/ Administrator Age to Perfection Medical Spa Coral Springs, FL 33067 We are expanding! We are seeking a Medical Spa Front Desk/ Administrator. You will be the face, first and last point of contact for our clients. This role is fundamental to the daily operation and success of the Medspa. You are responsible for smooth front office operations and a positive patient experience; working with medical providers in assisting with cosmetic procedures. You will also create a positive, productive team environment in with the highest level of patient care. This position will report directly to the Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides the highest level of customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for patients. Tends to patients needs and provides patients with any paperwork (new patient forms, consent forms, etc.). Assists and supports providers as necessary. Maintains clean and organized work areas including front desk, waiting areas, and patient treatment rooms. Completes all required facility opening and closing duties. Drives daily revenue with retail sales, up-selling, consultations and patient retention. Manages multi-line phone system and assigned daily work flow. Fully handles the patient check-in/check-out and scheduling process. Supports medspa on/off-site promotional events and social media. Attends and participates in training/educational seminars. Prepares or assists with supply orders/inventory, as directed. Accurately enters payments into POS. Manages daily appointment flow for all providers

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent oral and written communication skills. Teamwork and positive, patient focused attitude. Highly motivated, friendly and professional attitude. High ability to multitask, detail oriented, efficient and organized. Computer skills and tech savvy is a must. Effectively communicate with patients, staff, and providers. Takes direction and implements given direction. Must be reliable and punctual. Critical thinking and problem solving. Ability to work independently & in a group setting. Must have a valid driver’s license. Salary is commensurate to experience/education. Education and/or

Experience Requirements:

Minimum one year Medspa/Front desk experience Customer service experience Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Experience with Zenoti is a plus!

Physical Abilities:

Stand/sit for extended periods of time; push, pull and reach,bend, sit, stoop and stretch. Have full range of body motion, including handling and assisting patients. Have the ability to operate office and medical equipment safely. Occasionally lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Job Type:
Part-time Pay:

$18.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
