As a scheduling Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations by managing scheduling process for our private duty clients and caregivers. You will also be responsible for fostering relationships with clients and staff, as well as addressing client request and concerns. This position is ideal for someone with strong work ethic who thrives in a fast -paced healthcare environment, where patient care and satisfaction are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
. Coordinate and manage the scheduling of caregivers for medicare and managed care cases. . Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and caregivers. . Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns. . Ensure smooth and efficient scheduling operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home care required. . Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. . Valid Florida Driver’s License and reliable transportation. .
