Position Summary We’re seeking a Multi-Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across 8 chiropractic clinics in the South Florida Broward County area. You’ll directly lead and coach a frontline team of 20-25 employees (Chiropractors and Wellness Coordinators), without an extra layer of Store Managers. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with both healthcare office and retail management experience, strong coaching instincts, and a passion for operational excellence, and patient care.
