We are seeking a dedicated Home Health Care Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our home health agency. In this important role, you will ensure our agency meets the highest regulatory standards while fostering a culture of excellence and compassion. The ideal candidate brings proven management experience, an understanding of healthcare regulations, and experience in home health agency operations. Key responsibilities include:

Managing various areas of operations such customer experience, client intakes, caregiver scheduling, and office management. Coordinating and matching caregivers to client needs, ensuring timely staffing of new cases, and maintaining awareness of caregiver availability. Serving as main contact for client insurance verification and service coverage. Recording staff information such as personnel data, shift worked, pay rate, etc. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and prospective clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring high standards of customer service and communication. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records for both clients and caregivers, including compliance with training and documentation requirements. Participating in the recruitment, onboarding and orientation of new caregivers, tracking compliance with training, and assisting with performance appraisals. Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, ACHA, and state/federal home health regulations. Managing office supplies, payroll data, staff meetings, and general office administration. Occasionally participating in after-hours on-call duties to address urgent scheduling or client issues. Supporting marketing, client acquisition efforts, and community outreach events as needed. Key Qualifications Excellent customer experience skills Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required). Associate’s degree with relevant experience. At least 2 years of related office management experience in a healthcare setting preferably in home health or home care, or medical office. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency with office software, scheduling systems, and electronic record management. Familiarity with state and federal home health regulations.
