Job Summary:
- The Outpatient Surgical Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of outpatient surgical procedures within the ENT clinic. This role involves coordinating with physicians, patients, insurance providers, and surgical facilities to ensure seamless scheduling, preparation, and follow-up care for surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Surgical Scheduling:
- Coordinate all outpatient surgical procedures, including scheduling surgeries, pre-operative assessments, obtaining necessary clearances, and arranging post-operative follow-up appointments.

Patient Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing surgery, providing clear and compassionate communication, answering questions, and addressing concerns throughout the surgical process to ensure a positive patient experience.

Insurance Verification and Authorization:
- Assist patients with insurance verification, pre-authorization for surgical procedures, and financial counseling as needed, helping to navigate insurance coverage and financial obligations associated with surgery.
