HHA scheduling and assignment:

Match appropriate HHAs to clients based on their needs and availability, creating efficient schedules to meet client demands.

Staff training and supervision:

Provide ongoing training to HHAs on new procedures, policy updates, and client-specific care needs.

Communication with clients and families:

Regularly communicate with clients and their families to address concerns, provide updates on care, and ensure their satisfaction with services. Documentation and record keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including progress notes, care plan updates, medication administration logs, and incident reports.

Quality assurance and compliance:

Monitor HHA performance, ensure adherence to agency policies and state regulations, and address any quality concerns.

Referral management:

Identify potential clients through outreach to healthcare providers, discharge planners, and community organizations.
