Position Summary We’re seeking a Client Services Coordinator who is detail-oriented, personable, and highly organized to serve as the first point of contact for families seeking therapy services. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring families feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their journey with us. Responsibilities Answer and place calls to parents regarding therapy services Provide information on our services, therapists, locations, and insurance processes Review and explain insurance benefits to families Send and track completion of digital intake forms Collect and process payments Submit, track, and reconcile insurance authorizations Schedule evaluations and ongoing therapy appointments Qualifications Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital forms, CRM tools, and scheduling systems Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Eager to learn and retain new information quickly Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Training & Growth 30-day structured training program with hands-on experience Post-training knowledge test to ensure mastery of responsibilities Clear path for growth and internal promotion within a fast-scaling organization Perfect for someone seeking a long-term career in healthcare administration, therapy coordination, or clinic operations Who Should Apply This is not just a job—it’s a career path.
