An established general contractor in South Florida is seeking aProject Manager to lead healthcare construction projects frompreconstruction through closeout. This role offers the opportunityto manage technically complex projects while working with adedicated, high-performing team. Client Details Our client is areputable and growing general contractor headquartered in SouthFlorida with a strong pipeline of healthcare and medical facilityprojects across the region. With over two decades of experience,they’ve built a reputation for quality, compliance, and deliveringprojects on time and within budget. Their leadership fosters acollaborative culture with a focus on safety, innovation, andclient satisfaction. Description Manage all phases of healthcareconstruction projects from planning to final handover. Lead projectteams including superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, andvendors. Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes, ensuringalignment with client objectives. Ensure strict compliance withAHCA standards and other healthcare construction regulations.

Oversee subcontractor selection, contract administration, and riskmanagement. Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitorprogress and resolve issues proactively. Foster and maintain strongrelationships with clients, design teams, and internalstakeholders. Profile 5 years of experience as a Project Manager incommercial or healthcare construction. Proven background managingground-up or major renovation projects within hospitals, clinics,or medical offices. Strong knowledge of AHCA requirements andhealthcare project compliance. Proficiency with constructionsoftware (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, etc.). Exceptionalleadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. A degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or a related field ispreferred. Job Offer Competitive base salary commensurate withexperience. Vehicle allowance, company laptop, and phone.
