Assisted Living Administrator My Visiting Doctors Crystal River, FL 34428 Urgently hiring ALF Administrator to assist part time with caregiving needs in assisted living facility with 23 beds. Will need to pass a 28 hour online administrator certification course. For someone who is looking to relocate or move into the general area living accommodations can be made for the right candidate. Competitive pay with monthly bonus opportunity depending on job performance.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated administrator to assist with Caregiving to provide support and assistance to individuals in need. You will be in charge of all scheduling, budgeting, staff, and facility needs. This job comes with quite a bit of responsibility, so applicant must be responsible and detail oriented.
Qualifications:
- Similar work experience required (management, assisted living facility)
- Knowledge of assisted living facility or hospice care practices is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
Skills:
- Familiarity with systems for recording client information and documenting care provided
- Proficient in taking vital signs accurately
- Understanding of social work principles and practices
