Position Requirements:
Clinical Licensure required (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
2 years or more of management experience

The Associate Director of Clinical Services is responsible for ensuring quality clinical practices are upheld with fidelity across the SIPP Program. In addition, the Associate Director of Clinical Services will focus on high-risk areas within the SIPP Program and monitor policies and procedures to ensure client and staff safety. The Associate Director of Clinical Services will ensure compliance with funding and licensing entities. The Associate Director of Clinical Services will oversee all functions of the Admissions Department and the Discharge/Utilization Review Department of the SIPP Program. The Associate Director of Clinical Services will report to the Director of Residential Services. Coordinate high-risk staffing’s within the SIPP Program
Manage and oversee SIPP Admissions to ensure budgeted census is maintained
Provide monthly supervision for all Admissions and Discharge/Utilization Review staff and ensure reauthorizations are submitted thoroughly and timely.
Review clinical charts for clinical competency and safety needs as needed with the assistance of the Lead SIPP Therapist
Assist Director of Clinical Quality Improvement in conducting safety drills in the SIPP program
Review safety plans, investigative reports, and incident reports as needed
Review Emergency Safety Intervention Reports and provide guidance as necessary
Provide regular, ongoing supervision of all program therapists, admissions staff and discharge staff in addition to implementing progressive discipline as needed.
Provide coverage for SIPP therapists in their absence if needed.
Participate in Treatment Plan Updates and Utilization Reviews as needed
Report staff deficiencies and areas of program growth to the Director of Residential Services.
Ensures that all therapeutic services are delivered as prescribed by the SIPP Policy and Procedures and Operating Guidelines
Assign therapists for weekly on-call rotation
