Clinical Director 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Jacksonville, FL 32218 The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical operations of the agency, including leadership, supervision and guidance to the clinical team Provide leadership and direction for the agency consistent with its mission and goals, ensure that services provided are high quality and that the agency is in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines Required
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related mental health field
- Licensed as an LMHC, LCSW or LMFT
- Successful completion of background screening
- Knowledge of CARF accreditation standards, Florida statutes, and Medicaid standards for community behavioral health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a group
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to speak and communicate well with a culturally diverse audience, including staff, persons served and family members, community members and stakeholders, funders, auditors and reviewers
