Clinical Supervisor Grey Matters Cognitive Health 1539 Parental Home Road, Jacksonville, FL 32216 Clinical Supervisor The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day to day clinical operations to ensure that the highest level of quality patient care is maintained. This includes identification of problems, initiating corrective action and monitoring follow-up. Responsibilities Participate in delivering clinical operations by performing support duties . Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of health care support staff. Maintain a positive, supportive environment conducive to attaining high staff morale and job satisfaction. Oversee materials management, ordering medications and other materials needed for the smooth operation of the clinics. Perform hiring, training and evaluate the performance of all health center support staff. Establish written performance goals and measurable objectives and monitor accordingly. Ensure all positions are filled. Develop, implement and monitor adherence to written protocols/policies and procedures pertaining to clinic operations in compliance with regulatory agencies. Update all Administrative, Compliance and HIPAA Policies and Procedures. Coordinate continuing education and in-service training activities of the health center staff. Ensure that clinical staff complete all clinical competencies for all scopes of practice and all Health Stream modules annually. . • Manage internal and external communications.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the clinic supervisor needs exceptional managerial abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency in healthcare administration systems, They must have previous supervisory experience Through knowledge of provider group practices, primary care especially Good computer skills and ability to oversee EMR implementation from a delivery perspective.
