They supervise staff and provide guidance and support. Key responsibilities include monitoring staff performance, managing clinical concerns, and covering clinics as needed.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervision and Staff Management:

Oversee daily operations, provide guidance and support to staff, and mentor junior personnel.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:

Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures, and implement quality improvement plans.

Patient Care:

Ensure efficient patient flow, address patient issues, and collaborate with other healthcare providers.

Staff Development:

Train and evaluate staff performance, conduct staff meetings, and participate in recruitment and hiring.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain records, manage client caseloads, and track and report on clinical metrics.

Communication and Collaboration:

Facilitate communication between staff and management, coordinate with other departments, and handle escalated clinical issues.

Qualifications:

Experience:

years of clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting are typically needed.

Supervisory:

Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
