Salary:

Low $60Ks (Temp), Higher if Converted to Full-Time We are currently seeking a highly capable Business Operations Manager to join our team on a temporary basis—with strong potential to transition into a permanent position in the near future. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, self-driven professional with a solid background in financial operations and staff leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (required) Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software systems Demonstrated knowledge of basic accounting principles Experience with healthcare billing, insurance processing, and fiscal compliance Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment salary: $28 – $30 per hour

Bachelors Responsibilities Budget Oversight:

Lead the development, management, and execution of a $5M+ operating budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with funding requirements.

Health Insurance & Medical Billing:

Oversee all health insurance-related payments and ensure accuracy in medical billing practices.

Purchasing & Expense Control:

Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, monitor expenditures, and ensure accurate recordkeeping and cost tracking.

Stakeholder Reporting:

Serve as the primary point of contact for financial reporting to various internal and external constituents.

Independent Problem Solving:

Identify issues proactively and implement effective, timely solutions with minimal supervision.

Communication:

Maintain strong communication across departments and with vendors to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and deliver detailed financial reports to leadership and external stakeholders; monitor variances and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Accounting Operations:

Apply fundamental accounting principles to manage reconciliations, expense tracking, and fiscal compliance across multiple programs.

Staff Management:

Supervise and support the team, including those responsible for purchasing, billing, and administrative coordination. Skills
