This is a full time day shift position. Our 12-bed Pediatric CVICU features advanced monitoring and treatment technologies, and is staffed by congenital cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, critical care physicians, hospitalists and critical care nurses. As a Nurse Manager in the Pediatric CVICU, your responsibilities include but are not limted to: Delegating tasks to a nursing staff Managing and checking the nursing schedule Ensuring that all shifts are covered and conducting assessments and performance reviews Tending to patient care and assisting physicians throughout the day
