Essential Functions:
Operational Excellence:

Oversee the performance of all assigned branches, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and patient care.

Patient Safety and Satisfaction:

Implement strategies to guarantee patient safety and satisfaction throughout all operations.

Market Development:

Drive market growth and execute targeted sales strategies to expand the organization’s reach.

Financial Performance:

Optimize supply chain and inventory, manage expenses, reduce bad debt, and ensure accurate patient registration and onboarding.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to local and federal regulations, accreditation standards, and corporate policies to maintain operational consistency and effectiveness.

Team Building:

Recruit, train, develop, and retain a cohesive, service-oriented team. Foster a work environment that supports professional growth and contributes to organizational success.

Multi-Location Management:

Efficiently manage operations across multiple locations.

Cultural Leadership:

Model behaviors that reinforce the organization’s culture and values.

Confidentiality:

Uphold legal and ethical guidelines to safeguard patient and proprietary data.

Customer Satisfaction:

Support a service operations environment focused on customer satisfaction through delivery excellence and quality improvement processes.

Financial Monitoring:

Monitor revenue and expenses to improve gross margin and implement continuous improvement measures.

Master’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration.

Management Experience:

At least 4 years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing teams within highly matrixed organizations.

Professional Qualification:

Registered Nurse (RN).

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to frequently move, stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. The noise level of the work environment is quiet to moderate.
