Leadership Position Profile Admin Director Heart Institute Responsibilities:
Provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating the care and services provided by the departments that comprise the Heart & Vascular Institute. Serves in a leadership capacity by supporting St. Joseph’s Hospital and BayCare Health System. Works in coordination and collaboration with the leadership of the BayCare System Heart & Vascular Clinical Institute to support best practice, improve patient outcomes, reduce costs and enhance the overall quality of care. Leads efforts to identify opportunities for expanding heart health services including new service lines, clinical research initiatives, and community partnerships. Develops and implements action plans to enhance program growth and access as well as provider productivity. Provides adult and pediatric leadership responsibility for multiple facilities. Creates, implements and monitors goals and objectives for the Health & Vascular Institute.

Master’s of Nursing or Master’s of Health Administration or Master’s Business Administration Preferred:
Registered Nurse –
State of Florida Experience Requirements:
5 years of Administration experience; and 3 years of Cardiology experience which includes cardiac surgery, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology.
