A leading senior living community located in the heart ofVermont is now seeking an experienced Assisted Living Center NurseCoordinator to join their comprehensive medical team. Situated on nearly 40 acres within central Vermont, this locationoffers care to roughly 100 senior residents in both independent andprivate settings. This pet-friendly location offers modern privateliving spaces as well as various shared spaces and outdoor groundsto adventure. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, the Assisted Living Center NurseCoordinator will oversee direct patient care activities, evaluatepatient charting, manage the use of controlled substances,participate in rounding, help schedule patient appointments, manageinfection control procedures, and serve as a leadership teammember.
