Full Job Description Job Summary:
At Inspire and Beyond ABA, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinical center, ensuring quality service delivery and a supportive environment for both staff and clients. Key responsibilities include training and supervising clinical staff, completing new patient assessments, managing insurance authorizations and re-authorizations, and providing supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The BCBA will also be responsible for developing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), reviewing clinical data, documenting client progress, and leading parent meetings and trainings. Candidates must have a Experience in Working with people with autism using the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), as well as at least one year of managerial experience in a clinical setting. Conduct in-home and in-school ABA treatment programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Participate in intake process for potential patients/clients, conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop and monitor treatment plan/goals, and generate and maintain appropriate documentation. Initiate and complete functional behavioral assessments. Assist to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Analyze clinical data to identify trends, improve processes, and enhance patient outcomes. Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and administration, advocating for resources and support needed for effective operations. Participate in new and ongoing staff training. Conduct RBT supervision. Conduct assessments including parent interviews and direct assessment with individuals as part of functional behavior assessment (FBA).
Education:
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field required.
Certifications:
Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst Current credentialing through Florida Medicaid preferred
Work Experience:
Currently Licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Current licensure to practice in Florida preferred Currently credentialled with Florida Medicaid preferred Two years working in clinical setting as a BCBA with young children with autism One-year managerial experience in staff oversight and management
