Hillsborough County, FL Job Summary SN Home Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate In-House Clinical Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical operations for our Hillsborough County home health division. The Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care. This is an in-office leadership role, critical to ensuring clinical excellence and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and therapists assigned to Hillsborough County cases.
• Coordinate and approve all new case admissions, ensuring appropriate clinical oversight and timely start-of-care.
• Monitor clinical documentation and ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct case conferences, performance evaluations, and clinical reviews to ensure continuity of care and quality outcomes.
• Work closely with scheduling, intake, and compliance teams to manage referrals and coordinate staffing.
• Provide training, mentoring, and ongoing support to field clinicians to promote excellence in care delivery.
• Serve as the primary clinical point of contact for clients, family members, and referral sources in the region.
• Participate in QA/PI activities, audits, and surveys as needed.
• Respond to clinical emergencies and assist with conflict resolution in the field. Qualifications
• Current RN license in the State of Florida (required).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home health or community-based healthcare setting.
• Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and home health regulations and documentation standards (Plan of Care, etc.).
• Proficient in electronic health record systems (Kantime or similar preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site full-time in the Hillsborough County office.
