Agency Administrator Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Compliance & District Manager to oversee the daily operations of our nurse registry. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to Florida state regulations, maintaining licensure in good standing, auditing client and caregiver files, and conducting orientations.
Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the agency complies with all Florida state requirements for nurse registries, including statutes and administrative codes.
- Maintain and renew agency licensure, ensuring timely submissions and adherence to regulatory changes.
- Prepare for and coordinate state surveys and audits.
File Auditing:
- Regularly audit client and caregiver files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with state regulations.
- Implement corrective actions for any discrepancies found during audits.
Orientation & Training:
- Develop and conduct orientation programs for new caregivers, ensuring they understand agency policies and state requirements.
- Provide ongoing training sessions to update staff on regulatory changes and best practices.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and communication.
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Manage scheduling, intake processes, and client-caregiver matching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in home care services or a nurse registry setting.
- Strong understanding of Florida’s nurse registry regulations.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
