This role involves managing staff, developing care plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of home health care services, including memory care and assisted living. Duties Develop and implement individualized care plans for clients, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each individual. Oversee daily operations of the home health care agency, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing home health care services. Manage medication administration processes and ensure staff are trained in proper protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients. Maintain accurate records of client progress and changes in condition. Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively to ensure sustainability of services. Foster a positive environment that promotes teamwork among staff members. Qualifications Proven experience in home health care management or a related field, such as nursing homes or group homes. Strong knowledge of care plans, medication administration, memory care, and assisted living practices. Excellent financial acumen to manage budgets and resources effectively. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable. Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and staff members. Ability to lead a team while promoting a culture of compassion and quality care. Relevant certifications or licenses in health administration or nursing are preferred.
