This post focuses on a General Manager with one venue in mind. A great manager that loves his/her location is one of the most fun aspects of any opening. However it works out, we are in search of that one person ready to run Tampa’s best new seafood spot. We all live near the water, in Tampa Bay, and it’s time we take the Raw Bar game to the places Tampa deserves.

We are also searching for:

• marketing and meetings event planner (we have several hospitality rooms to rent for events)
• office and accounting professional (handling details for multiple units)
• Full staff, you will see in other posts. Any of those, feel free to reach out. Again, this post focuses on that one special individual that can attract, enjoy, and elevate the entire team behind Ocean Ink Raw Bar. We can train any and all of the skills required, though it is valuable to bring:
• Hospitality warmth and appreciation for others
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• A focus on quality and not all ingredients are created equal
• Organization and foresight to make projections, schedule accordingly
• Deal with a wide variety of stressful situations, restaurants are not what the public thinks they are
